The now-defunct eddb.io used to provide nightly database dumps with the known state of the Milky Way in Elite Dangerous. My elite-dangerous-insight was originally built upon those dumps. edsm.net nightly dumps provide similar data but the format is different. In order to restore my little page, I wrote a rudimentary translator from the EDSM format to the EDDB format.
Some information is lost, like faction home system info. Faction states are formatted differently and there is some difference in station types.
The following links return an automatically updated EDDB-style dump. The EDSM source is checked only once per 5 minutes, so it may be slightly behind. It translates on demand, so it may take a minute.
